Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless salmon
  • 2 tsps dijon mustard
  • 2 shallots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp capers, drained
  • salt and black pepper
  • 2 tbsps butter or olive oil
  • lemon wedges
  • tabasco sauce
Directions

Tasting notes: Salmon and Pinot are always perfect together, it's a classic pairing.

Serena's tips: We grilled the salmon burger  on aluminum foil with a bit of oilive oil which worked better for cleanup and keeping the salmon burger together. Increase the capers as they are so good! And if you have time, make sweet potato fries to go with it.
