All other states: For states that are not listed, please call us at 707.433.8270 as state laws are changing all the time, and we are always trying to add states to this list. States that can not receive direct wine shipments are: Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Utah.
Adult Signature Required: Wine shipments require an adult signature (21+ years of age) and can not be shipped to a PO Box. We recommend shipping to a business address if possible.
Tracking information: You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and we will also add that information to your order. UPS will attempt to deliver the package three times and then it gets returned to us. Recipient may be responsible for any additional charges resulting from a returned, re-shipped or re-directed package. Please make sure the email address associated with your order is correct so that you can receive the notifications.
Summer and Winter Shipping: Unfortunately, weather can impact wine if the temperatures are severe for more than several hours. During the winter and the summer months we keep an eye on the temperatures and avoid ground shipping when we believe the temperatures are too high or too low. We may hold your wines until the heat or cold passes. We can also ship via next day air if you prefer. Please contact us if you have any questions.
