Ingredients
- 4 fillets of flaky white fish, such as cod or flounder
- fine sea salt & black pepper
- 7 tbsps unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 lemon, zested and halved
- 1 tbsp minced chives
Directions
Tasting notes: The almonds are delicious and almonds and fennel together pair beautifully with a bright young Pinot noir.
Serena's tips: You can cut down on the butter without losing flavor, using the full amount brings a lovely decadence to this dish.
