Ingredients
- 6 tbsps olive oil
- 3 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 4 6 oz. halibut fillets, skin removed
- 1 tbsp light olive oil, or vegetable oil
- chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
Tasting Notes: Halibut has a great rich, fleshiness to it that pairs well with Pinot especially with the richness of this Pinot.
Serena's Tips: We used fresh basil and felt it made a significant difference. We've also subsituted thyme for basil when we don't have basil on hand.
