Ingredients
- 1/4 cup neutral oil, such as grapeseed
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large portabello mushrooms, stems removed and wiped clean
- 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 hamburger buns
- toppings and condiments of choice

Tasting notes: Mushrooms and Pinot will forever be a beautful pairing!
Serena's tips: In step 1 add some minced or powdered garlic for added flavor. So many different cheeses work with this burger, we prefer using Swiss cheese.
