Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless fillets of scrod
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 leeks
  • 9 tbsps butter
  • 4 tbsps finely chopped shallots
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup fish broth
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives or parsley
  • 4 tbsps lemon juice
Directions

Tasting notes:  The leeks absolutely make this dish exquisite! We love the earthyness of the leeks paired with Pinot.

Serena's tips: We don't love scrod so we have done this with both sole and snapper and it is delicious!
