Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless fillets of scrod
- salt & pepper
- 3 leeks
- 9 tbsps butter
- 4 tbsps finely chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup fish broth
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives or parsley
- 4 tbsps lemon juice
Directions
Tasting notes: The leeks absolutely make this dish exquisite! We love the earthyness of the leeks paired with Pinot.
Serena's tips: We don't love scrod so we have done this with both sole and snapper and it is delicious!
