2021 Transverse Pinot Noir

Tasting notes:

2021 gave us light and subtle wines and this wine is just coming into its own. The 2021 Transverse presents subtle mushroom and a rich black cherry nose. It is all pretty earth and fall leaves on the nose. There is a slight herbal note hiding under that dark cherry. The palate is also earthy with some baking spices coming off the back of the palate. There is a rich plum core that fades showing a nice tannin grip to finish. (3.20.24 - Alan)
