2018 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes:

Classic Russian River Valley aromas of cocoa and Bing cherry pull you in to more ripe red fruits, marshmallow, and a bit of vanilla. Ripe and round on the palate, you get more cherry and a bit of mint. The palate is broad with a savory note leading to a medium-long finish. Despite there being only 26% new oak in the blend there is a small but noticeable grip from oak tannin on the finish. (Updated 1.21.2021 - Alan)
