Tasting notes:
Black cherry and violets dominate the nose but are balanced by earthy fall leaves and a bright cedar element. The palate has become more delicate and earthy with time but continues to offer ripe cherry and blackberry fruits. The finish has soften and lengthened with a subtle acidity keeping it lively. The overall impression is a very balanced wine with a velvety feel. This would be a great wine to have with salmon as you sit outside and enjoy a warm summer breeze. (Updated 1.31.2023 - Alan)
