Credit Card Charges

Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required.
Refund Policy
Cartograph fully guarantees any wine purchased directly from our winery or cartographwines.com. If you feel you have opened a corked bottle, please save the contents, and contact us. We will be happy to replace or exchange it at no additional cost to you. Any orders that you wish to cancel, must be cancelled before the shipment leaves our facility.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to all states except states we are not licensed to ship to. If Cartograph is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Cartograph.
When do we ship?
We ship wines Monday through Wednesday, unless otherwise instructed. Shipping times vary depending on the time of year. Orders typically ship within three business days after the order has been placed. However, during periods of intense heat or cold, we may contact you and suggest an alternate shipping mechanism to ensure proper temperature control for the wines, and, thus, the shipment may not ship in the typical three business day window.
Shipping Costs
United Parcel Service (UPS) ground is Cartograph's carriers of choice (common carrier) but on occasion we will ship through Fedex or a third party shipping service. Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. There are select Circle shipments that will be sent at flat rate shipping prices, please see the shipping rates listed by Circle membership level at Cartograph Wine Store. Should the customer select UPS Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. During periods of intense heat or cold, we may contact you and suggest an alternate shipping mechanism to ensure temperature control for the wines . Additionally, we reserve the right to not ship during periods of extremes in temperature. Cartograph is not responsible for wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
